From Stuck to Unstoppable
Break free from your comfort zone and rediscover your drive and direction — one deliberate step at a time.
Is this you?
Many successful men reach a point where life looks fine from the outside, but something inside has gone flat. Stuck, bored, or directionless, even though everything appears stable. You know you’re capable of more, but can’t seem to break out of the rut.
This isn’t about fixing anything that’s broken. It’s about waking your system up again, stepping out of the comfort zone, and reconnecting with ambition, discipline, and direction.
How coaching works with Rob
Coaching isn’t based on sessions for the sake of sessions. It’s built around progress, action, and accountability. Each meeting has a purpose — you’ll leave every session with something clear to execute.
It’s confidential, one-to-one, and shaped around where you are right now, not a fixed script. Some men know exactly what’s holding them back; others just know something needs to change. Either way, the work starts with a conversation.
A framework shaped by over 700 clients
Customisable to you, built on methods that stand the test of time, and designed so you can keep using them long after coaching ends.

You’ll be able to hold yourself accountable between sessions, and after your sessions have finished.

Frequently Asked Questions
What can I expect to achieve from Action Coaching?
You’ll gain a clear sense of your purpose along with the direction you need to work towards. This will help you to move past any sticking points that are currently holding you back from making progress in areas that are important to you. You’ll be able to establish a clear plan of action, as well as developing the ability to do this yourself in the future when needed.
How does Action Coaching differ from therapy or counselling?
Coaching isn’t a route to recover from any mental illness, as you need an officially registered therapist for that. Coaching is for people who are already stable and would like some guidance to move towards goals that might seem too complicated to figure out how to get there.
What specific areas of my life can Action Coaching help with?
There are many areas that Action Coaching can help with. These include but aren’t limited to improving your career, your confidence, your ability to manage your money, your relationships with family, friends, colleagues, and strangers, and also your physical health.
How long does it typically take to see results from coaching?
Most people will see the biggest results after about 12 weeks, but the number of sessions needed is completely down to you, because we’re all different. You might get the clarity you need from only one session, but others might need further sessions to fully see the change they’d like to make.
What is the typical structure of a coaching session?
We’ll begin with a check-in about where you are today, and what your main sticking points are. We’ll then move to a segment where you’ll be challenged to push yourself towards taking actions that will move you forward. We’ll then end with some targets that you set yourself, so I can keep you accountable before our next chat.
How do I know if Action Coaching is right for me?
Before I begin a coach-client relationship with anyone, we’ll have a free video call so we can briefly get to know each other, and whether we’re both on the same page to work together. In this session you’ll learn more about coaching, and I can get a quick view about your primary challenge.
Can coaching help with work-life balance and stress management?
I never provide specific answers as a coach, but instead I ask the questions to help you find the answers yourself. If your challenges are to do with work-life balance or stress management, then our sessions will help find solutions that specifically work for you to improve these things.
Will coaching help me set and achieve personal goals?
Absolutely it will! If you begin our sessions unsure of your goals and purpose, this is something we can resolve fairly quickly, then you’ll have a focus on what needs to be achieved. The details about how and when are things we can discuss in our sessions.
How do I stay accountable between coaching sessions?
You’ll be given contact information to send text or verbal messages, which I aim to respond to within 24 hours in normal times, and 36 hours on the weekend. You may receive a response before these times, but there are occasional delays due to availability, so I appreciate your patience when necessary.
What should I look for in a coach?
The number one thing to look for is someone who you get along with, as this will be the key sign that you’re likely to make progress. It’s not about becoming friends, but more like a casual acquaintance. Someone who can stick to their times for each session is also very helpful. A good coach never gives you direct answers or solutions, because a good coach should be able to ask insightful questions to guide you towards the answers yourself.
From stuck to unstoppable begins the moment you decide to move.
